Despite the fact the opening of the next transfer window is currently on hold, clubs are continuing to plan for next season and Paris Saint-Germain are the latest team to plan to sign players.
'L'Équipe' says that the team from the French capital are interested in buying the Atletico Madrid academy player Javier Serrano.
The midfielder is 17, an international for Spain's age group categories and his Atletico contract runs until 2022. His buyout clause is currently 26 million euros, the French paper says.
PSG's plan is for Serrano to play for the Under 19s and PSG have apparently been told that they may be able to get Javier Serrano for a price significantly less than his buyout clause.
