Pots confirmed for 2025/26 Champions League draw

With the Champions League 2025-26 draw just two days away, 32 of the 36 teams for the League Phase are confirmed. Following Tuesday's qualification of Kairat Almaty, FK Bodo Glimt and Pafos, only the final four participants remain to be decided.

PSG were crowned champions of the Champions League 2024-25. With the various European leagues wrapped up and without a moment to lose, the 2025-26 edition is already taking shape.

32 teams have already qualified for the League Phase. Kairat Almaty, FK Bodo Glimt and Pafos joined the initial 29 on Tuesday, leaving only four spots up for grabs, to be decided this Wednesday. The draw will take place on Thursday, August 28th.

The composition of the 4 pots is as follows, assuming that the teams with the highest coefficients in the qualifying phase make it to the league phase. As such, the composition of the pots for the draw may vary slightly.

* Teams that have to play in the preliminary round to qualify. If they fail to qualify, the fixed teams will move up one place in the pots.
