Postecoglou likely to leave Spurs regardless of potential Europa League win

Spurs sealed their place in the Europa League last four after battling to a 1-0 win in Germany (2-1 on aggregate) against Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-finals last week, and are now big favourites to win the whole thing, as they face Bodo/Glimt in the semi-finals.
Despite their dismal season in the Premier League and domestic cup competitions, 16th-placed Tottenham Hotspur can still salvage their campaign by lifting the trophy in San Mames on May 21 and qualify for the Champions League next term.
But even giving Spurs their first-ever major trophy since 2008 may not be enough to save Ange Postecoglou's future at the north London side. According to 'The Telegraph', the Australian is likely to depart the club regardless of whether they win the Europa League.
As reported previously, Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola has already been put at the top of Tottenham's priority list to take over from Postecoglou, who, after suffering an 18th top-flight defeat against Nottingham Forest on Monday, may not be able to make up for the poor results with silverware.
