TEAM NEWS
Porto
Fernando and Tiquinho should feature up front for Porto, with another attacking option - Oliver Torres - likely to be used from the bench. Adrian is also pushing for a place in the starting line-up having scored in the first leg. Porto's usual midfield trio of Yacine Brahimi, Danilo Pereira and Hector Herrera will most likely start for the hosts.
Roma
Steven N'Zonzi and Justin Kluivert will be pushing for starts on the wing, while Edin Dezeko is expected to play as Roma's main striker. Nicolo Zaniolo should feature despite limping out of the clash with Lazio on the weekend, but prolific forward Cengiz Under will miss out with a thigh injury sustained against Torino. Kostas Manolas, Roma's key defender, has been struggling with injuries and illness recently and is therefore a big doubt for this one.
Thoughts of Porto manager Sérgio Conceição
"It was not necessary to send a message or to find words for my players to realize that this game is huge for us. It's not possible to have more motivation to go to the next round than we have now."
"We will have a full house, but it is not only the fans who have to help us, but we also have to help them. We have to do something so that the fans feel that the team can win the game."
