According to AS, Real Madrid scouts began to follow him in 2017, thanks to his good performances with Portugal's U17 team.
Romário has a 40 million euro buyout clause, with a contract that lasts until June 2023, which means negotiations with Pinto da Costa will have to take place in order to reach common ground for the possible transfer of this great Portuguese jewel.
