It is a known fact that Zinedine Zidane likes Paul Pogba, as he has stated several times that he is a player he admires, and could even pontetially have the necessary qualities to join Real Madrid. This of course has sent more rumours flying about the possible transfer of the World Cup winner to the Spanish team.
However, Pogba's current manager Solskjaer has tried to keep the rumours and the press at bay, as he has no intentions of letting one his brightest shining stars go at the end of the season.
"There might be a bit of a campaign by the press going on, but I don't see a difference when I talk to him. He is focusing on getting better and is always positive, always trying to give the best of him" the manager said before their clash against West Ham.
Aditionally, Solskjaer praised his player's performance against Barcelona for the UCL, stating that "his efforts were huge on Wednesday, he has never registered a better physical performance".
Regardless of what his coach says, various press outlets have stated that the French player has as the Spanish have had a frustrating season and are looking to make some changes. Pogba and Hazard currently sit at the top of Zidane's list of players to acquire next transfer season.
Lucas Vazquez, for instance, has said that he'd like to see Pogba join his team and he would be welcomed there, which means that the rumours and speculation is not close to stopping any time soon.
