After enduring a torrid start to the campaign, Paul Pogba has begun to show the form that saw him help France to glory at the World Cup in the summer. The Frenchman now has three goals in his last two outings under new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
In a show of excellent, smooth and rapid attacking play; United hit the front from the off against the 'Cherries'; Marcus Rashford scampered down the right touchline, took on two defenders, and flashed a wicked low cross into the six yard box. Of course, as has become customary of the midfielder's game in recent years, Pogba made a late dash into the box, in perfect time to latch onto the ball and prod it into the back of the net.
Then, after a fight back of sorts from the shell-shocked visitors, Pogba stepped up once more to give the hosts breathing room. This time, a cross from the edge of the penalty area, courtesy of Ander Herrera, was perfectly curled into the front post. Again, having run unmarked from the back post, Pogba leaped high into the air, to beat Bournemouth stopper Begovic in-flight, and nod the ball high into the roof of the net.

Given the control and dominance that United had displayed early on, the goals were just what the home side had deserved. United fans were raucous in showing their support for the attacking play that had deserted their side in recent years, in particular for the man who was making such things return to Old Trafford, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
In contrast, having conceded two goals in the opening half an hour, Bournemouth faced a tough task to turn the match around.
