The camera's of 'Codigo 10' a programme by 'Cuatro', got access to the decree of the judge in charge of overseeing the case of rape allegations against Dani Alves. In it, the judge cast doubt on several statements made by the player.
On Thursday, 'El programa de Ana Rosa' published the testimony of the supposed victim after getting access to the body-cam footage of the police officer who spoke to the woman, which was accidentally activated.
"I went into the bathroom voluntarily and after a few kisses I told him I wanted to leave ... but he told me 'no' and to lock the door", she said, coming out of the Sutton night club.
"He started to say horrible things to me like 'you're my little bitch' and he also started to hit me. He threw my bag on the floor and grabbed my clothes", addeed the plaintiff. She then goes on to describe the rape she suffered at the hands of Dani Alves.
It seems the plaintiff is aware that the matter would be complicated further down the line: "Nobody will believe me because they'll see on the cameras that I went into the bathroom voluntarily".
