The Bosnian Miralem Pjanic, Juventus midfielder, gave the thumbs up to leaving the Turin outfit and sign for Barcelona, according to the Italian media on Friday.
The 30-year-old ex-Lyon and Roma player is under contract at Juventus until 2022, but could enter in a swap deal with one of the Brazilian Arthur Melo, the Croat Ivan Rakitic or the Chilean Arturo Vidal, 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' informs.
Arthur and Pjanic would have a similar market value, although the Brazilian midfielder has recently expressed a strong willingness to stay at Quique Setién's side.
According to the Italian newspaper, Barcelona would propose a swap with Rakitic, whose profile doesn't convince the Juve board, or with Vidal, who for reasons of age (he will turn 33 on 22nd May) isn't Juve's main target either.
Pjanic signed for the Italian champions in the summer of 2016 for 40 million euros and won 4 Serie A titles in Turin, playing 166 matches and scoring 22 goals.
