Pepe punches Coates in the jaw and no foul was given!

In the big game of the weekend in Portugal, Sporting CP and Porto drew 1-1 in a hotly contested match, but one incident in particular upset people on social media.

During a corner in the first half, Pepe, who used to play for Real Madrid, upset many Sporting supporters. 

The defender punched Sebastian Coates in the jaw with his right fist while he was running to jump and fight for the ball.

The Uruguayan footballer complained after the game, but the move surprisingly came to nothing as the referee did not see it and the VAR deemed it to be accidental.
