Manchester United have had their second bid for the England Under 21 defender rejected by Crystal Palace, with the offer at £35m, with a further £15m in add ons according to Sky Sports.
It is thought that United will need to offer around 10-15 million pounds more than this deal to seal the signing, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looking to rebuild his United team with a young squad.
Crystal Palace are thought to be under no pressure to sell the 21 year old, and Wan-Bissaka himself has yet to put a transfer request in, although he seems to favour a move to United.
United have already bought in Daniel James this summer from Swansea, and have been linked with the likes of Jadon Sancho and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
