Manchester United supporters have expressed their anger at Memphis Depay for attending the Anthony Joshua fight on Saturday night.
The Dutchman was seemingly given dispensation to be present at the heavyweight boxing clash having been excluded from the squad to face Tottenham on Sunday.
But United fans were unimpressed, urging the Netherlands winger, who has made just four league appearances for the club this season, to knuckle down and try to work his way back into Jose Mourinho's plans.
In one comment posted on the player's Instagram page, a supporter insisted Memphis is "a disgrace to the No.7 shirt", while another told him to "p*** off" out of the club.
And fans also poked fun at Memphis's choice of clothing for the fight, that Joshua won against Eric Molina with a third-round knockout, with one suggesting he is trying to look like a medieval king.
United went on to pick up all three points against Spurs on Sunday courtesy of Henrikh Mkhitaryan's first-half strike.
The Red Devils face Crystal Palace and West Brom in consecutive away fixtures, before the Boxing Day meeting with Sunderland at Old Trafford.
