It is a fact Jesse Lingard is not having his best spell at Old Trafford. The fact he started in the return leg against Manchester City led to lots of comments on social media and his poor peformance did not help thngs.
Lingard had a disappointing match and ended up being replaced by manager Ole Gunnar-Solskjaer. However, shortly before the subsitution, television cameras picked up Solskjaer getting angry at the England international.
Lingard failed to complete a simple pass which led to a dangerous Man City counter. It somehow did not end in a goal.
Solskjaer was clearly angry and told his player: "One more time and you're f***ing off,"
The Norwegian did not notice an improvement in the footballer and he ended up substituting Lingard seven minutes later for Andreas Pereira. When the player went off, the coach hugged Lingard although Solskjaer was still angry about what happened shortly before that.
