Wolves player Raul Jimenez showed his more personal side in a joint interview between 'Goal' and 'EA Sports'. The Mexican revealed how he has progressed and confessed that the support of his partner and his daughter is paramount to his performance.

Wolves striker Raul Jimenez, who is still recovering from his skull fracture, gave a very personal interview on 'Goal' and 'EA Sports'.

"One day I realised that the most important thing is not scoring goals, I learned that the most valuable thing is to play as a team," said the Mexican footballer.

Raúl Jiménez confessed how he took his departure from Atletico Madrid: "It's something my mother taught me. In spite of making a mistake or failing on some occasion, one must always know that another opportunity will come later. Being good off the pitch also makes you good on the pitch".

"Now I have a very solid off-pitch life with my daughter and partner, and that makes me proud: knowing that they are out there supporting me so that I can keep on giving my all," she added.
