OFFICIAL: La Liga schedule to add Fridays but no Mondays

Andrés Sánchez Magro, the magistrate of the court that was to make the decision about the Lia Liga schedule, has taken the most diplomatic decision in the conflict that pinned the RFEF, LaLiga and all the Spanish club against each other.
The judge has decided to play games on Fridays but not on Mondays and has now informed all parties involved.
Under this resolution, LaLiga will start on Friday 16 August at the Nuevo San Mamés, where Athletic Club Bilbao will host FC Barcelona from 21.00h.
As soon as the decision came out, the RFEF summoned the media this Friday at 14.45h in Las Rozas to publicly evaluate the resolution.
In his personal account, Luis Rubiales was satisfied with the decision: "Last month I said 'no' to Mondays and 'yes' to Fridays, with an agreement. Today the judge says 'no' to Mondays and 'yes' to Fridays, with a bail of 15 million euros."
The mercantile judge has accepted part of the precautionary measures requested by LaLiga, after the imposition of Carmen Perez, the sole judge of the Competition Committee, to play only on Saturdays and Sundays, despite the first three days already being scheduled.
However, as the newspaper 'AS' pointed out, once the precautionary measures have been granted, the judge will now have to go to the heart of the matter to determine whether this model is maintained throughout the season or is provisional.
It is also urgent to remember that in the contracts signed between LaLiga and the television operators the Monday slot was already ficed. In other words, the decision of the Commercial Court has not definitively resolved the problem.
