OFFICIAL: Hojlund joins Napoli in €50m deal after Man Utd struggles

Hojlund arrived in Naples on Saturday evening and underwent his medical on Sunday before signing a contract running until 2031.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the deal is structured as a €6 million paid loan with an obligation to buy set at €44 million if certain conditions are met, bringing the total transfer value to €50 million.
After an impressive spell at Atalanta, the 22-year-old tried his luck in the Premier League. However, he struggled to secure a regular starting place at Old Trafford, scoring 26 goals and providing five assists in 95 appearances across all competitions.
No longer part of Ruben Amorim's plans, Hojlund was heavily linked with AC Milan before deciding to join Antonio Conte's Napoli project. The forward is expected to bring fresh attacking firepower to the Azzurri, who are keen to challenge for Serie A and European honours this season.
