Neymar's contract at PSG to renew automatically until 2027

Nasser Al-Khelaifi broke his silence in 'Le Parisien' and 'Marca' with his interviews and he spoke about topics such as Mbappe's renewal, Real Madrid's offer for the number 7, the no arrival of Zidane to the bench or a Neymar who is making the club and the fans run out of patience with him.
The Brazilian seems to have his head in another place which is not the Parc des Princes and his performances at PSG have not been like they were when he moved from Barcelona. In addition, he has many times played as if he were not bothered, something which Mbappe and even Leo Messi could do without.
"We can't talk about those topics in the media, some will come and others will leave, but they are private negotiations," the president said on the attacker. Then, he added the following: "We want players who love the club, who love to fight and who win. The players who don't form part of the project will have to leave. Some took advantage of the situation, but it's over"
The sensation this left the Sheikh is that, of the three up top, the Brazilian is no longer indispensable and they could end considering to sell him if an offer comes along. But it seems like it is not going to be like that as 'L'Equipe' announced on Wednesday that the '10's contract will renew automatically until 2027 on 1st July.
This is because of a clause which figures in his current contract, which he signed last year until 2025. When Neymar signed, the options of a two year extension was included. In addition, the cited media outlet says that he is motivated about PSG's project, that he wants to contribute to it and that he is not thinking of leaving Paris.
A situation which makes it difficult for the president and the club as those in Qatar are fed up of his consntat injuries and lack of regular game time. They consider him as a player who is for sale and they could sell him if a satisfactory offer comes along. Neymar will stay at the Parc des Princes with the aim of being in top form ahead of the World Cup.
