Paris Saint-Germain's in-form Neymar is the man to take on the French Cup final. Having made a sharp return to form after being confined to Brazil, the No10 has got off to a flying start with three fine outings in recent weeks.
With his form undeniably up and decisive against Le Havre (9-0), Belgium's Waasland-Beveren (7-0) and Celtic FC (4-0), Neymar looks set to lead his side to another title on Friday against Saint-Etienne.
His state of form delighted coach Thomas Tuchel, asked on the eve of the match about the good signals sent by his star player during the preparation. "I'm not surprised. He came back in a good state of mind and in good shape. He's adapting super fast to all the training sessions, he's gained in ability very quickly," commented the German coach at the press conference.
