Newcastle seem like they are going to experience a kind of economic boom which will allow them to try and assemble a dreaded team. One of the names that is now being heavily linked with strengthening the Magpies is Van de Beek.
It seems safe that Van de Beek will leave Ajax this summer. The player seems ready to take the leap up to a more competitive championship than the Dutch one, and many candidates are watching him.
The most interested seems to be Real Madrid. Or it seemed that way. Zidane's interest in Pogba plays against Van de Beek, so other candidates are preparing to tempt the promising Ajax CM with a suitable offer.
And thus, to the rumours that place him at Juventus and Manchester United, a new team joins. According to Nicolò Schira, Newcastle United are more and more likely a possible destination.
The club, revitalised after the cash injection from Saudi Arabia, intend to rub shoulders with the Premier League big boys again and would be willing to offer Van de Beek a contract difficult to refuse.
The Premier League seems the ideal championship for the Dutchman to be consecrated, and Newcastle the perfect team to do it; a mid-table side and with big aspirations and a budget to dream.
