Emiliano Sala was given an emotional tribute during Nantes' first home game since the footballer was confirmed to have died in a plane crash.

Nantes played their first home game on Sunday night since their former striker Emiliano Sala was confirmed dead after his plane carrying him from Nantes to new club Cardiff went missing on January 21. In honour of their star, the players wore black.

It was a fitting final act of tribute to Sala as the players and fans could say goodbye, despite the ongoing search for the plane's pilot, David Ibbotson whose family has launched a fundraiser to find his body and hope to reach £300,000.
