Nacho and Benzema complete Madrid comeback!

Nacho Fernández drew Real Madrid level at the Sanchez-Pizjuan with less than 10 minutes to go until the end of the game. One minute after coming on for Lucas Vazquez, the defender combined to make it 2-2. Benzema then made it 2-3 in stoppage time.

Real Madrid managed to draw level twice, but only the latter counted. After Vinicius' goal was disallowed for a handball which the referee made up out of nowhere, Nacho, who had just come on, made it 2-2.

It was an odd change given they were losing. Carvajal was moved to the right after Lucas Vazquez was taken off and Nacho was brought on. And down that flank the goal came.

After an attack which the Sevilla defence cleared, the ball went to Carvajal on the right. The Spanish international put a low cross into the middle of the box where there were plenty of bodies.

The ball reached Nacho, who did not think twice and hit a shot which beat the defence and Bono could not keep the ball out.

Then, in the 92nd minute, Benzema put Madrid ahead. Vinicius gave to Rodrygo, who cut back for Benzema and he hit home to break Sevilla's hearts.
