The former Barca and Spain player Andres Iniesta admitted this Wednesday that he feels very comfortable at his current club, Vissel Kobe of Japan. He has also said he is not considering a retirement from professional football in the short term.
"Sometimes you think about that, but if I'm honest, I think it's a long way off. I feel very good physically and motivationally. I'm happy and that gives me lots of strength to keep on playing," Iniesta explained in a video interview for the Barca Youtube channel.
Iniesta, who is in lockdown in Japan, said that, one he hangs up his boots, he would like to continue being linked with the world of football, which is his "job, excitement and principal motivation" in life.
He also talked about his official documentary, 'El Hereo Inesperado', which came out last week on 'Rakuten TV'.

To close, Iniesta offered impressions on Barca's season, who he continues considering the best team in the world because of their different style of football.
"I thought they were having a very good season. Maybe I'm not objective with Barca, as they are my team and my teammates, but I keep on seeing them as a different team. I think they have a spectacular squad," he concluded.
