It is already clear that Erik Ten Hag is not happy with his current squad. The ex-Ajax manager has got some good results in the Premier League, but he is still reportedly keen to improve in certain positions.
According to 'The Mirror', Manchester United's scouting department have advised him about signing Lyon striker Moussa Dembele in January if Ronaldo leaves. What is more, the Frenchman has reportedly rejected an extension with his current club, according to 'L'Equipe'.
The rumours about the Portuguese star's possible exit to London, has meant that lots of names have been flung in to the ring about replacements. With the World Cup coming up, Ten Hag will be following every game very closely.
Moussa Dembele has played nine Ligue 1 games this season, scoring only twice. The interest for the striker is thanks to, in part, the great season he had last year, scoring 25 goals in 41 games.
