After winning the UEFA Conference League, Roma's board of directors began to work on building the squad for next season and in the last few hours the first rumours of possible signings have started to appear.
As reported by 'SportItalia', Jose Mourinho, coach of the Roman team, has reportedly asked for Domenico Berardi, a 27-year-old attacker who plays for Sassuolo, to join the club. He had a good season in Serie A.
The Italian striker made 34 appearances last season, scoring 15 goals and providing 15 assists. Thanks to his good performances, he earned the interest of important clubs such as Milan, Napoli and Fiorentina.
His market value is 41 million euros, but in Italy they report that Roma could take him for much less, in a negotiation that could include a player from the Roman team as part of the deal. In the next few weeks there could be news.
