Mourinho reveals he went to visit a 'dead' Ronaldo after Madrid's UCL exit in 2012

Jose Mourinho managed his last game in charge of Roma on 14th January. He was sacked from the Italian club in an unfriendly end to his relationship with the club. As he awaits further opportunities, the last thing we know about the Portuguese is the documentary that Amazon Prime Video has released about his career. Statements about a defeat that was much more than that in his career have gone viral.

He went to the striker's home on the recommendation of Jorge Mendes and the striker, as his agent had told him, still remembered the defeat: "He was in the same mood I was in. We were both devastated.
