Manchester United took the lead just before half-time thanks to a lob from Zlatan Ibrahimovic. United appeared to be heading for a narrow victory over Ronald Koeman's side, only to concede a late penalty from Marouane Fellaini's challenge on Enner Valencia.
When asked for his thoughts on the penalty decision, Mourinho told the 'BBC': "No thoughts".
He was then pushed for an answer but the United boss continued to say: "No thoughts. No comment".
The Portuguese then went on to talk about the match and said that he believes United deserved to win the game.
"Best team on the pitch by far and a result that doesn't reflect the difference of performances of both teams," he added.
The former Chelsea boss then went on to rue his side's luck and cited Ander Herrera's effort which hit the woodwork, but then refused once again to speak about the referee when asked about Marcos Rojo's lunge on Idrissa Gueye.
