The two sides go head to head on Sunday afternoon looking to claim the bragging rights, with Spurs going into the game just three points ahead of their bitter rivals.
The game will see Emery take charge of his first north London derby and one of his former charges will be doing best to make sure he isn't celebrating at full-time.
Brazilian Moure played under Emery in Paris, but struggled to secure regular game time before eventually being sold to Tottenham last January.
"I believe in my talent," Moura told 'The Mirror' ahead of the game. "In my quality. I try to show it - him - at Spurs.
"I forget the last five or six months I had at PSG. I like to think about the four years when I was very happy there and won a lot of trophies. The last year was to learn and to grow up. Now I think I'm more experienced and stronger."
Meanwhile, Moura said he was never given an explanation as to why he didn't feature in Emery's plans in the French capital, saying: "I need to respect the decision of the coach. I know that it's difficult for him because he needs to choose 11 players to play. I don't like to look behind. I like to look forward to what I can do, what I can win.
"I have nothing against Unai, I respect him, he is a very good coach."
