The MLS plans to host the 26 teams that are competing for the MLS Cup this season in Orlando (Florida), according to the newspaper 'The Washington Post'.
The report indicates that the measure would separate the players from their homes and families for months as the MLS intends to resume the season as quickly as possible.
Leagues all over the world are looking for logical solutions for postponed seasons or even ones that haven't started.
The MLS has only been able to play 2 matchdays in its 26th season in existence, before the break caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Finally, the matches would return to their city of origin, although probably behind closed doors.
Players, managers and support staff, which is more than 1000, would be quarantined in one of the big resorts close to Disney World for an undetermined period, the aforementioned source says.
Until now, the MLS, the players' union, and Disney have not made their position known since the publication of the report.
