Brahim Diaz could return to Real Madrid at the end of the season. The Spanish midfielder will say goodbye to Milan and return to Spain. However, the Spanish board want to keep the 23-year-old for next season.
According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the Italian club will try to keep Diaz in the squad. The same media outlet reports that AC Milan have started negotiations to sign the midfielder permanently.
Stefano Pioli's side will have to pay 22 million euros to Real Madrid but the offer could go up to 27 million euros.
Moreover, his coach also wants Brahim Diaz to continue playing in Italy: "He is a complete player with a lot of quality. Work and sacrifice," he said.
