Forshaw is replaced by Leadbitter for the home side while Moses comes off for Ivanovic for Chelsea.

The Brazilian has a go with a free-kick around 20 yards from goal. It's a decent effort but flies just over the bar.

Pedro leaves the field and is replaced by Chalobah.
Courtois makes a good save
Traore breaks down the left with his blistering pace and passes to Negredo to his right. The ball is slightly aerial and behind the Spaniard but he controls it well and his volley is turned behind for a corner. Chelsea defend the set-piece.
Traore blazes over
The Boro winger is in space on the right and around 25 yards from goal, he blazes his shot well over the bar.

The Boro defender brings down Costa on the halfway line and receives a yellow card.
Boro make a second sub
Clayton leaves the field and is replaced by Fischer.

The Frenchman stops Forshaw progressing on the halfway line and goes in the book.

Left-back Fabio leaves the pitch to be replaced by ex-England international Stewart Downing.
Moses should make it 2-0
Chelsea hit Boro on the break after defending a corner from the home side, Costa plays a perfectly weighted ball for Moses who breaks the offside trap but he hits his effort into row Z after going through on goal.
Pedro hits the bar
The ball is chipped up to Costa who rises well and nods the ball down to Pedro who crashes a half-volley against the crossbar from the edge of the box.
60 mins - Middlesbrough pressing for an equaliser
Middlesbrough have upped their game in this second half and Chelsea are struggling to get out of their own half. Traore recently had an effort blocked by Cahill and Azpilicueta, and Boro are enjoying some possession.
Ramirez misses Boro's best chance
Negredo lays the ball off to the Boro midfielder just outside of the box, but he can't hit the target and hits it high and wide.
Yellow card for Azpilicueta
The Spaniard pulls back and brings down Ramirez 30 yards from goal and goes in the referee's book.
Valdes prevents Alonso again
Less than 30 seconds into the second half and Chelsea almost have a second. Hazard plays in Alonso who forces another good save from Valdes diving to his left. The ball breaks loose at the far post but Chambers puts in a last-ditch challenge to put Pedro off.

This first half took a while to come to life, but Chelsea finished the first 45 minutes strongly and deservedly lead thanks to Diego Costa's poacher's finish.
Costa reacts the quickest
Chelsea have a corner and the ball bounces loose. Costa is the quickest to react and puts the ball home from close range.

Moses fires over
Costa finds the wing-back with a nice pass, Moses cuts inside but hits his shot over the bar.
Valdes saves again.. but gets hurt
Moments after Negredo headed wide for Boro, Chelsea go down the other end and Valdes produces another good save to prevent Marcos Alonso from scoring. However, the former Barca 'keeper gets clattered by team-mate Fabio and receives treatment for a head injury. He looks okay to continue, fortunately.
30 mins - Chelsea growing into the game
After a slow start, Chelsea are now starting to threaten. Pedro's attempt is the closest either team has come to scoring so far, while Moses is threatening down the right, but is lacking composure with the end product.
Valdes prevents Chelsea going ahead
Moses finds space behind the Boro back four and squares for Pedro. The Spaniard hits it first time but Valdes gets his fingertips to it and turns it over. A fantastic save.
Chelsea fail to capitalise on Boro mix-up
Barragan plays a weak back-pass to Valdes who's rushed into an albeit poor clearance, it goes straight to Alonso who shoots first time but goes well wide.
Ramirez troubling down the wing
The Uruguayan is causing Chelsea a number of problems down the left wing and has looked dangerous on the break. Unfortunately for Boro, his runs haven't amounted to any clear chances yet.
Moses has Chelsea's best chance so far
The Chelsea wing-back plays a nice one-two with Hazard and cuts inside into the box, but slices his left-footed shot miles wide.
15 mins - No real chances
Neither side is yet to create anything of note and are still finding their feet in this game. Chelsea's lethal front three is yet to threaten.

The Boro midfielder goes into the book as he catches Hazard late with a strong challenge.
Negredo miscues his shot
Ramirez breaks down the left for Boro and passes inside to De Roon, the Dutchman's shot is blocked and it sits up for Negredo, but his effort is terribly wayward.

For the first time ever in Premier League, Chelsea have named the same team for five consecutive league games. The Blues could also make it six wins in a row and leapfrog Man City and Liverpool to top the table at the end of the day.
Boro hoping to upset the big boys once again
Middlesbrough have performed exceptionally against the top teams in recent weeks, picking up points away at Arsenal and Manchester City. Against the Gunners, Aitor Karanka's side created the better chances and arguably deserved to win the game. Meanwhile, against City, they made Guardiola's side pay for their missed chances with an injury-time header from Marten De Roon. Now, with their home support behind them, they may well surprise a few and take more than a point...
