PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino pointed out this Thursday that Leo Messi has adapted "very well and very quickly" to the team and he said that everything Messi contributes "is positive."
"We already know about Leo, what he represents. Everything is positive. There's a very good atmosphere in the group and he has adapted very well and very quickly. I'm happy with the way everyone is working," the coach said in a press conference prior to the match against Brest.
Pochettino did not want to reveal yet whether the Argentine will not make his PSG debut this Friday: "We are analysing to see whether he will be part of the group or not. The criteria are physical, footballing and the dynamics of the group. You have to find a balance," the coach said.
He did insist, however, on the Argentine's good integration: "There's a very good atmosphere in the dressing room with all of his teammates and when there is talent in a team like ours, understanding is not only in the dressing room, but also on the pitch."

PSG have signed Messi, Sergio Ramos, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi and Georginio Wijnaldum in this summer's transfer window, which expires on 31st August.
"All the players which have arrived have given that energy which is needed many times. When you have these players, they gel very quickly. Football is a universial language and I think gelling talent happens quickly," he stressed.
PSG have won their opening two matches of the new league season: 1-2 against newly promoted Troyes and 4-2 versus Strasbourg.
"I think there are many positive things, but it's important to learn from our matches. We are always willing to try and give the teams the things they need to improve," Pochettino also told the club's official channel.
