Mbappe's camp annoyed with PSG boss Luis Enrique

Kylian Mbappe's camp is angry with Luis Enrique after the Frenchman's substitution in the derby against Olympique Marseille. According to 'L'Equipe', those closest to the PSG attacker call it a "lack of respect" on the part of the Spanish coach. 

It has become customary for Mbappe not to play the full 90 minutes of Ligue 1 matches, either by being substituted or starting from the bench. But on this occasion, as it was such a high-profile clash in French football, the player's entourage and the player himself did not understand the decision. The Parisians were ahead on the scoreboard, even though they were a man down. Moreover, the context of the match seemed to be the right one for the player from Bondy.

Mbappe has only played one full game in the last seven Ligue 1 matches. Since the club has been aware of his intention to leave in the summer, the Spanish coach has decided to reduce his playing time in matches where there is little at stake.

It is very different what happens with the French superstar in the Champions League or Copa del Rey. Against Real Sociedad, the striker played 100% of the minutes. For the semi-finals of the French KO tournament against Stade Rennes, he is expected to be in the starting eleven. 

The Mbappe-Luis Enrique relationship seems to be breaking down, but both are forced to pull in the same direction in their own interests. The Spaniard needs what many consider to be the best player in the world if he wants to secure as many titles as possible. For his part, the native from Bondy wants to leave Paris in style and winning the club's first Champions League would be his best argument.
