Vadim Vasilyev assured that Kylian Mbappe's arrival is something that we cannot avoid, a fact that will become reality at some point, in the not very distant future.
The former vice-president of Monaco, the team from which the young French star from Paris Saint-Germain originated, is a player Zidane likes, as the Real Madrid coach himself has confirmed on more than one occasion.
He gave a few words from Vasilyev to the French newspaper 'Le Parisien' in which he also wanted to reveal that the whites rushed for his signing when he was still a Monaco player.
"I don't know anything, I don't know when, but I think it's an unavoidable transfer. At the time Real Madrid made us a very interesting offer, but it was Kylian himself who said it was too early for him, ensuring that Madrid would wait," said Vasilyev.
The 20-year-old French striker trained at Monaco's youth academy and went on to play 60 official matches for the first team, scoring 27 goals before landing at the Parque de los Príncipes.
