Although Neymar was the goalscorer for PSG against Girondins Bordeaux, Tuchel's most positive player was Kylian Mbappe. The striker not only returned from injury, but also caused all the danger to his opponenets in the second half.
As well as assisiting the Brazilian, who got the only goal of the game to make it 0-1, Mbappe had a good handful of opportunities that he failed to convert. After the game, both Mbappe and Neymar analsyed what happened during the match.
"I feel good. The past five weeks have been long. I went in and said I had to help the team win the game," Mbappe said of his minutes in the clash.
The Frenchman, of course, created more headlines when talking about his relationship with Neymar: "There was no reason for my relationship with him to change. Our relationship will always be based on honesty and admiration."
Mbappe stated that "there is no filter" between them and that if they feel something is wrong, they talk and fix it face to face.
Finally, the striker regretted not being able to help his team-mates more and recognised that he suffered when he could not do what he had wanted to do: "When we lose, it affects me even more that I cannot help the team."
