Coach Unai Emery spoke to 'AS'. The coach talked about the latest football news.
Emery was asked about Mbappe and his possible arrival at the Bernabeu. "He has the capability to mark an era at Real Madrid, of course," he pointed out.
He is a player he would like to have in his team. "When I was in France, I liked him there because I enjoyed watching him. When I went to England, I'd liked to play in the Premier League and, if I return to Spain, I'd like to be here," he explained.
The coach thinks the striker is close to joining Real Madrid. "There will probably be things at PSG which he likes and maybe some things he does not. In Spain, we are lucky to have the two best teams in the world, Real Madrid and Barcelona. I'd like them to keep having the best players in the world," Emery continued.
If Real Madrid manage to sign Mbappe, he would become the youngest and most expensive superstar.
Emery also spoke about Neymar, another PSG star. "It's true that Cristiano and Messi are still the best, but for me, Neymar is the main candidate to become the best in the world in the future," he pointed out.
Lastly, he spoke about his future. "I will coach where I'm wanted. I'd like an attractive project whether it be in the Champions League or Europa League, but I'm not ruling out anything..."," the former PSG boss concluded.
