Kylian Mbappe is the most sought after free agent of the transfer market. He is coming to the end of his current PSG contract., and he has still not renewed it. Real Madrid are looking ever more likely to sign the Frenchman.
Barcelona have also been interested. However, according to Joan Laporta, 'Los Azulgranas' gave up on signing the player after he said he wanted 50 million euros a season to play at the Camp Nou.
This is a claim that has been strongly denied by the Mbappe camp. The denial was made through transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano, who assured that the PSG striker never said such words to the Catalan club.
Romano reports that Kylian Mbappe wants to take his time before announcing his decision in the days to come.
As well as stating this, the transfer specialist wrote "Mbappé’s camp says they have never opened any negotiation with Barca/Laporta".
As the days go by, his future looks ever more likely to be in Madrid. PSG have even taken his shirt off of the online club shop, as well as making it unavailble to personalise three of the four strips with his name and number.
