Marseille join Milan and Inter in fight for Longstaff

The Longstaff brothers are two of the revelations of Newcastle United. The oldest one, Sean, dazzled in the 2nd half of last season. Now, the youngest one, Matthew, could leave after his good performances.

'The Athletic' informs that Marseille are interested in the Newcastle player. At 19, Matt Longstaff has already scored against a big team- Manchester United- on 2 occasions.

CM Longstaff could last just a year in the Newcastle first team. Created in the Magpies' youth system, the young player already knows that he has suitors outside the Premier League.

Marseille are the latest team to join the list, but not the only one. Milan and Inter Milan have already put a long term offer on the table to convince the player, 'The Times' assures.

He has been capable of performing for Newcastle United. Despite his young age, he has already started on 10 of the 13 occasions he has played for the first team.
