Bad news for Roberto Mancini. The Italian coach will not be able to attend the important UEFA Nations League match against Bosnia.
It seems that, according to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the 55-year-old Italian coach has tested positive for coronavirus once again, after going into isolation on November 6th.
The test results carried out on the Italian expedition were announced on Monday 16th November and confirmed that two weeks later Mancini has still not fully recovered from COVID-19.
He will therefore have to remain in quarantine and Alberigo Evani will remain at the head of the Italian team. The 57-year-old has not done badly at all, as he has won two games as Mancini's replacement: a 4-0 friendly win over Estonia and a 2-0 win over Poland to take the 'Azurra' to the top of Group 1.
