Manchester United midfielder Casemiro admitted his latest mistake against Southampton and will miss the next four games.
The English side announced on Monday that they will not appeal the Brazilian player's red card: "Manchester United have decided not to appeal against Casemiro's red card in the 0-0 draw with Southampton.
"The punishment is a four-game ban because the Brazil international was also sent off in the home win over Crystal Palace, again when VAR was used in the wake of a multi-player fracas," United wrote on their website.
The 31-year-old will miss the FA Cup quarter-final against Fulham and Premier League games against Newcastle, Brentford and Everton. Nevertheless, he will be available for the Europa League last-16 second leg against Real Betis.
