The 'Daily Express' has announced this Tuesday that there is an agreement between Lyon and Man Utd for Moussa Dembele to move to Old Trafford.
According to the cited media outlet, the signing of the striker, one of Europe's top scorers, could be made for around 70 million euros. An amount which seems more like a pre-coronavirus fee rather than an amount which would be appropiate for the current climate.
Jean-Michel Aulas' side missed out on the Champions League after the league season was brought to an early end in France. And despite the fact they are still in the Champions League, their main stars are apparently trying to force a move away.
There was already talk over Memphis Depay leaving and now Moussa Dembele could continue his career elsewhere.
The striker joined the French outfit in 2018 from Celtic. Before that, he was at Fulham and signed for the Hoops after a great season in West London. The 23 year-old is one of Europe's top goalscorers and he has got 20 and 22 goals in his last two campaigns.
Dembele knows English football well and this is one of the reasons Man Utd have increased their interest in the player. As there will be no football in France until August, Dembele could decide on a future destination before the other leagues conclude.
