Man Utd, Chelsea looking to trigger £30m buyout clause of Ipswich prolific striker

Few positives can be taken from Ipswich Town's poor debut season in the Premier League after they confirmed their promotion from the Championship last season.
The Tractor Boys, who are 12 points behind 17th-placed Wolves, look destined to join Southampton and Leicester back in England's second tier.
However, one of those who will be able to continue to enjoy the English top flight will be Liam Delap, the prolific striker who has scored 11 goals in the competition for McKenna's side, accounting for more than a third of the team's total goals.
Once Ipswich's relegation is confirmed, the 22-year-old striker's buyout clause can be exercised for as little as £30 million, a price more than affordable for Chelsea and Manchester United, who according to ‘The Athletic’ have a strong interest in landing the young English striker to reinforce their attacks.
