According to 'Sportsmail', Leicester have put a price tag on their midfielder and it will set City back a hefty amount. Reportedly, City boss Pep Guardiola has made Mahrez his top target in the transfer window.
City are likely to meet The Foxes' asking price, given that in January they were demanding significantly more at £95million, which Guardiola's side refused and negotiations fell through.
In addition to Mahrez, City are also seeking out Napoli's Jorginho in an effort to bolster their midfield options. The 26-year-old's agent had previously referred to Guardiola as ''an excellent coach''.
Jorginho still has two years remaining on his contract at Napoli but is reportedly keen on a move to the Premier League champions next season, if an agreement can be reached with the Serie A outfit.
