Madrid to part ways with medical head Niko Mihic

According to the Spanish press, Real Madrid are preparing to part ways with their medical head Dr Niko Mihic.

Mihic, an internationally respected medical professional, has worked for the capital club since he was appointed to the position in 2017.

The Croatian doctor has maintained a close relationship with president Florentino Perez throughout his time at the club. However, he is now on the verge of leaving.

The club have suffered a number of injury problems in recent years, most notably with Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard and Dani Ceballos, as well as more recently for new signing Arda Guler.
