Madrid get rid of loanees parent-club clause

According to 'Jugones', on Thursday afternoon, Real Madrid decided to eliminate a clause for which the Spanish club in the last few years had included in any loan-signing's contract.

This small clause appears in loan signings and is called "parent-club clause", it is used to stop any player that belongs to Real Madrid from coming up against the team in an official match. 

Since the end of the 90's, Real Madrid have used the mentioned clause on numerous occasions, so that players such as Eto'o, Morientes or Munitis, for example, are not allowed to play against them when they are on loan to Mallorca, Monaco or Racing. 

This is a measure that is not allowed by FIFA and UEFA, but it is in Spain and is often used by all La Liga clubs, but Real Madrid have decided to eliminate it from all its new contracts.
