Real Madrid returned to training to prepare for the La Liga clash against Athletic Bilbao after progressing to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey. Carlo Ancelotti was unable to count on David Alaba, Aurelien Tchouameni and Lucas Vazquez. All three players trained individually.

Carlo Ancelotti's men trained on Friday at the Valdebebas training complex to prepare for the match against Athletic Bilbao in La Liga. The Italian coach prepared a recovery session for those players who started the match against Ceuta.

Otherwise, injured players David Alaba, Aurelien Tchouameni and Lucas Vazquez trained individually.

The Spanish team will train again on Saturday in order to be fully prepared before the match in Bilbao.
