Luuk de Jong tests positive for coronavirus and misses Sevilla match

Luuk de Jong tested positive for coronavirus in te PCR tests carried out by Barcelona on Saturday, so he will be out for the La Liga game against Sevilla, his parent club. Barcelona announced that the Dutchman has the virus, that he is self-isolating and in good health. He could well be asymptomatic.
"Latest news: First team player Luuk de Jong has tested positive for Covid-19. The player is in good health," Barca's statement reads. The club also included an image of the footballer doing a cardiovascular activity at the training ground.
Being without him will not be a big problem for Xavi Hernandez, who, since the January signings, has enough resources to be able to make changes to his attacking line. In fact, there are so many options that footballers like Adama Traore and Martin Braithwaite have started playing less.
Luuk de Jong has not played since 10th March, when he came on off the bench in a Europa League tie against Galatasaray which ended 0-0 at the Camp Nou. That means he has missed the last three matches: Osasuna, Galatasaray in the last 16 second leg and Real Madrid.
