While Ousmane Dembele is recovering from his injury, the interest in getting hold of the players has not gone away completely. The Frenchman has not been up to standard, but he has not been a complete disappointment for Barcelona either.
The biggest problem he has had at the Camp Nou is his constant injuries. The former Borussia Dortmund man has been injured frequently since moving to Barcelona in 2017.
But his quality is still there and there are a handful of teams who still watch. During the week, there was talk of the Frenchman being loaned out for the 2020-21 season. An option which would allow Barcelona to save an important amount of money.
Dembele's agent, Moussa Sissojo, came out to deny the rumours the footballer wanted to leave Barcelona. But the top European clubs are keeping an eye on his recovery and future.
The 'Express' says Liverpool are once again interested in Dembele. According to the British paper, their is still not very advanced interest, but the Reds are apparently analysing the viability of the move. What would Dembele bring? Will Liverpool risk signing him if he is injured?
