With just 11 minutes gone, the U17 World Cup winner collected a long ball from Lloyd Jones on his chest and before anyone had time to react, adjusted his body to rifle a low volley into the back of the net.
Speaking to Liverpool's official website, Brewster was quick to praise his team-mate for the pass and revealed his inspiration behind the strike, saying: "As soon as I looked at Lloyd Jones I knew he was going to play the ball [to me].
"It was a great ball by Lloyd and I was just trying to get in behind their defence.
"I scored a volley in the warm-up so I thought, 'I’ll try one', and luckily it paid off for me and I scored."
Brewster wasn't done there either, he also set up Harry Wilson for Liverpool's second before winning a penalty for his side as they ran out comfortable 3-0 winners.
Following his World Cup heroics with England which saw him finish as the tournament's top scorer and his form at youth level, it seem like only a matter of time before Brewster will make the step to men's football.
