Striker Divock Origi will leave Liverpool. The striker will complete his contract and leave Anfield after eight years at the Reds, the English club confirmed.
Liverpool decided last season that Origi should complete his contract for so many important performances and for his important role, so he will leave as a legend.
Divock Origi will say goodbye having played 174 games, scoring 41 goals and providing 14 assists. Among those goals there are some that will go down in history for the comeback against Barcelona in the Champions League or the final against Tottenham.
"Divock Origi will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of June. Thank you for an incredible eight years of service and leaving us with so many special memories. Origi, Liverpool legend", Liverpool wrote, along with a photo, on social media.

Before Origi's departure was confirmed, Klopp himself said he "will always be a legend at Liverpool" and wished him all the best for his future.
"He is an outstanding player and an outstanding person. Everybody in the team loves him because he's a quiet guy, a guy who goes down very well. It will be a tough moment when he leaves. Because as long as I've been here, Origi has been here. I remember so many things when I think about him: important goals, injuries, tough injuries, ups and downs.
