Portugal win the third-place play-off against Mexico after extra-time 2-1. Mexico took the lead by a own goal of Neto in the 54th minute. Pepe equalised in the 91th minute. The decisive goal was scored in the 104th minute. Silva scored his penalty. Both teams received in the end of the game a red card. It was a very interesting game, and in the end Portugal deserved the victory more than Mexico.

A very good game. It doesn't seem that both teams have the feeling of a meaningless third-place play-off. Portugal had the big opportunity in taking the lead. Silvas' effort was saved by Ochoa. Mexico had a big opportunity by Chicharito. Without doubt, it will be a very thrilling second half.
